At PSR Ireland we have a new modern refurb centre with a fully equipped spray booth ensuring your machines leaves our premises like new and fully compliant with Health & Safety Regulations. Our facility is based on the east cost of Ireland in Dundalk 70km from Dublin and Belfast.

1. Prepare the machine - Strip the old paintwork and remove any corrosion. This can be done by manual or mechanical sanding or by sandblasting.
2. Color Matching Paint - Choosing the right paint is crucial for a good paint job. We only use high quality paint as recommended by manufacture codes.  All our paint is of the highest standard - supplied by IPS Ireland Parts 
3. Drying - In our designated Spray Facility we maintain a 20 degree temperature to guarantee a rapid dry time and a non drip, streak free finish & minimising downtime.
4. Depending on quality of the equipment several coats of paint maybe required - our professional team can give your equipment the attention it needs that it will impress you and your customers.
5. Decals - Before final sign off from our qualified Spray Technicians, decals are applied  safety and cosmetic.  Leaving your machine ready to get straight back to work.
